Today we're launching Flowdesk 3.0 — the biggest update in our company's history. Over the past year, our team has completely reimagined what a productivity workspace can be when AI is woven into every layer of the experience.

What's New

Contextual Suggestions — As you type, Flowdesk now understands the context of your work and surfaces relevant pages, databases, and team knowledge right when you need it. No more searching through dozens of folders to find that one document.

Auto-Linking — Flowdesk automatically detects when you reference concepts, projects, or people that exist elsewhere in your workspace and creates bidirectional links. Your knowledge graph builds itself.

Redesigned Canvas — The new infinite canvas supports freeform layouts, embedded databases, live charts, and drag-and-drop blocks. Think of it as a whiteboard that's also a document that's also a dashboard.
