Launching Flowdesk for Education: Free for Students and Teachers

Education has always been close to our hearts at Flowdesk. Many of us built our first workflows as students trying to organize chaotic course loads. Today, we're making Flowdesk Pro completely free for students and educators.

What's Included

Every verified student and teacher gets full access to Flowdesk Pro, including unlimited pages, databases, file uploads, and collaboration features. There are no usage limits and no trial periods — it's free for as long as you're studying or teaching.

Why We're Doing This

The tools we use shape how we think. Students deserve tools that help them organize knowledge, collaborate with peers, and develop workflows they'll carry into their careers. Price shouldn't be a barrier to that.

How to Get Started

Verification is simple. Sign up with your .edu email address, or verify your status through our partnership with SheerID. Most verifications complete in under a minute.

For Educators

We've created a library of education-specific templates: course syllabi, research project trackers, grading rubrics, and student collaboration spaces. We've also built a classroom management dashboard that lets educators monitor shared workspaces while respecting student privacy.

Community

We're launching the Flowdesk Education Community — a space for educators to share templates, best practices, and creative uses of Flowdesk in the classroom. Join us at education.flowdesk.com.

If you're a student or educator, welcome to Flowdesk. We built this for you.
