The New Flowdesk API: Build Integrations in Minutes

PS
Priya Sharma
Flowdesk Team

Developers have been asking for a better API since day one. Today, we're delivering.

A Complete Rewrite

The new Flowdesk API is a ground-up rebuild. Every endpoint follows consistent REST conventions, returns predictable response shapes, and supports cursor-based pagination. We've also added comprehensive rate limiting with clear headers so you always know where you stand.

TypeScript SDK

Our new SDK makes integration a breeze. Install it with a single command and you're up and running:

The SDK includes full TypeScript types, automatic retry logic, and built-in pagination helpers. It works in Node.js, Deno, and Bun.

Webhooks That Just Work

Configure webhooks for any event in Flowdesk — page updates, database changes, user actions, and more. Every webhook includes a signature header for verification and automatic retries with exponential backoff.

Developer Experience First

We've invested heavily in documentation. Every endpoint has runnable examples, error explanations, and edge case notes. The new API reference is searchable, has dark mode (of course), and includes a built-in API explorer.

What You Can Build

We're already seeing amazing integrations from our beta partners: Slack bots that create Flowdesk pages from messages, GitHub Actions that sync issues to Flowdesk databases, and custom dashboards built on our real-time subscription API.
